The Private Table is shaped around the people brought together, as much as the food served. A programme of culinary perspectives, cultural personalities and carefully selected guests gives each evening its own character.
Hosts, chefs and distinguished guests will be announced for each chapter.

Nine cities, each bringing its own sensibility to the table.

Paris, Milan, Madrid, London, Copenhagen, Zurich, Barcelona and Vienna form the annual collection. Each chapter takes its inspiration from the city’s gastronomy, architecture and cultural life.
Private settings remain to be confirmed. The collection opens with four Saturdays in Berlin, from 16 January to 6 February 2027; further European dates will follow.

When are the dinners?+
Four consecutive Saturdays in Berlin: 16, 23 and 30 January, and 6 February 2027. Each date is a separate dinner. Choose your evening in the invitation form.
